An education in doing
Justin Gilmore is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur and the founder of ATMMachines.com and Team Strategy.
He began building businesses long before he had much reason to believe he would be successful at it. After leaving school at 15, Justin educated himself through books, trial and error, and a long series of ideas that didn’t always work.
In his early twenties, he discovered an opportunity in an industry most people never think about: ATMs.
What started with cold calls, walking into local businesses, and building an ATM route around Atlanta eventually became ATMMachines.com. Founded in 2006, the company grew from a local operation into a business selling, placing, managing and processing ATMs across the United States.
Along the way, Justin learned that building the business was only part of the challenge. Scaling it required systems, people, partnerships and the willingness to keep rebuilding what had worked at a smaller level.
That lesson has shaped nearly everything he’s done since.

2006 — Present
What began as an ATM route around Atlanta grew into a national business selling, placing, managing and processing ATMs. Building it meant building an organization: the systems, people and partnerships behind the day-to-day operation.
2026 — Present
Digital assets, built with creators and influencers.
Team Strategy is a digital asset business that works with creators and influencers. Justin uses artificial intelligence in that work.
He continues to operate ATMMachines.com while building Team Strategy.

Justin lives in Atlanta and has been building businesses since 2006.
